August 2026 statistics report
The JPML’s latest pending-MDL report lists 162 active multidistrict litigations with 205.5K pending actions system-wide. 9 dockets have been terminated so far this year.

9 MDLs terminated year-to-date
Recently closed dockets include Syngenta AG MIR162, Xarelto (Rivaroxaban) Products, Liquid Toppings Dispensing, and others. Terminated MDLs have completed pretrial coordination and been settled, dismissed, or remanded.
